TOWN OF DURHAM
CALL TO THE ANNUAL BUDGET MEETING
The eligible voters of the Town of Durham are hereby warned that THE ANNUAL BUDGET MEETING will
be held in the Durham Community Center, 144 Pickett Lane, on Monday, May 13, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., to
consider the following items:
1. To elect two members to a two-year term on the Durham-Middlefield Interlocal Agreement Advisory
Board, said terms to expire June 30, 2026
2. To fill 1 Democrat vacancy for the term expiring 2024 on the Compensation Review/Personnel Policy
Board
3. To fill 1 Republican vacancy for the term expiring 2026 on the Compensation Review/Personnel
Policy Board
4. To authorize the Board of Selectmen to accept any and all Town Aid highway funds (Transportation
Infrastructure) that may be due and available to the Town of Durham for the Fiscal Year ending June
30, 2024.
5. To adopt a five-year Local Capital Improvement Plan (CIP)
6. To adopt a total town budget for Fiscal Year 2024-2025 of $7,761,316, less State and Local
Revenue of $2,733,801, for a Net Town Budget of $5,027,515 as recommended by the Board of
Finance at their May 2, 2024 meeting
