Food Pantry Needs

Please, nothing opened or expired, thank you!

We are low on the staples:

Low-sodium, protein-based soups
Beans (black, kidney, baked)
Peanut Butter
Tuna
Canned chicken
Canned tomatoes (sauce, diced)
Mac and cheese
Instant potatoes
Dinner side packets
Rice
Ketchup/Mayo/Olive oil
Pancake mix
Jelly/jam
Coffee
Paper towels
Laundry detergent
Cleaning supplies (dish soap, kitchen/bathroom cleaners)

We will also need items for Thanksgiving:

Gravy, canned vegetables (corn, green beans, yams, carrots), cranberry sauce, cream of mushroom soup, crispy dried onions, instant potatoes, corn bread (boxed), stuffing

Please bring Thanksgiving items to the Town Hall, Human Services office (first floor)

All other items can be brought to the Community Center Monday-Friday between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM

We also accept donations of gift cards such as food cards to Stop & Shop and Aldi, gas cards, and Visa’s. Additionally, we accept donations to our Durham Neighbors in Need fund which helps support Durham residents in emergency situations. our holiday programs, and our food pantry. Checks made out to Durham Neighbors in Need can be mailed to: Human Services, P.O. Box 428, Durham, CT 06422 or can be dropped off to the Human Services office.
